Can I run one of the national diamond ads in my local magazine?
Advertising materials with the "A Diamond Is Forever" logo and "Forevermark" are not available to retailers. We do, however, offer other advertising materials you can use. See the "Get Materials" section for Magazine Ads that include jewelry images and content you may use to create your own ads.

Can the images available as downloads be blown up to billboard size without becoming distorted?
The answer is different for each image. Click on the image you are interested in using and the "specs" for that image will be displayed. Your media contact should be able to determine based on the specs, if the desired image would be suitable or not.

I see an image that I'd like to use but I need it in a higher resolution than what's offered. Can you accommodate me?
No, the resolution or file sizes unfortunately can not be changed.

I purchased a CD ROM and/or download some time ago, what limitations are there for its usage?
There are no limitations to usage; however Diamond Promotion Service reserves the right to require the "User" to terminate usage at any time.

I purchased a commercial from DPS a few years ago that is no longer available on your website. Can I still run it?
You may not continue to use any commercial that is not currently available through DPS. Please see our Buy Materials/Television Commercials section for the seven commercials currently available. You can purchase a commercial and obtain pertinent information about pricing and scheduling options in 2 easy steps:

Why don't you offer any photography featuring real people?
Photography featuring models is cost prohibitive, because talent fees must be paid on an ongoing basis.

Can I use the Shadows music in the commercials for my retail store?
No, we do not own the rights to allow jewelers to use the Shadows music in their commercials.

Can I use the Diamond Trading Company name or the "A Diamond Is Forever" slogan in ads, newsletters, direct mail pieces, or other promotional materials for my company?
The company name and slogan cannot be used by anyone except the Diamond Trading Company.

Will DPS customize a commercial for me?
